Here are helpful hints on some common isssues and how to escalate them:

Have you completed KYC after 2017?
If you completed KYC prior to 2017, you may need to contact [email protected] and provide additional documents including Social Security Number (SSN) to comply with FinCEN recommendations.

Trying to transfer more than US$2,000?
FinCEN rules recommend EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) for account transactions or transfers valued over $2,000. EDD requires additional documentation for your account, an interview with our independent Compliance auditor, and written explanation of unusual activity (if any).

Want to refuse KYC or EDD?
You have a right to refuse KYC or EDD. Please send a signed and dated KYC refusal letter to our office via USPS Certified Mail. Make sure you include your registered email address and username on the letter.
